Winds may be light enough in the El Paso area for fine particulate to continue at “Moderate” levels, with highest concentrations in the morning and evening. Winds may also be light enough and background levels high enough for fine particulate to reach “Moderate” levels in parts of Southeast Texas, with highest concentrations in the morning and evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds, cool temperatures, and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the “Good” range.

Winds may be light enough in the El Paso area for fine particulate to continue at “Moderate” levels, with highest concentrations in the morning and evening. Winds may also be light enough and background levels high enough for fine particulate to continue at “Moderate” levels in parts of Southeast Texas, with highest concentrations in the morning and evening. Background levels coming into the area may also be high enough for ozone to reach “Moderate” levels on the north and northwest side of the Houston area and in the Beaumont-Port Arthur area in the afternoon and early evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the “Good” range.
